Pullman Venture Capital Ltd is expanding and seeking to recruit motivated, ambitious, and enthusiastic sales professionals as Global Business Development Agents. Our Agents are dedicated to promoting Pullman Venture Capital’s unique securities loan-based programs and services to Broker-Dealers, Hedge Fund Managers, Asset Managers, Financial Advisors, and others worldwide.

Agents are to produce high sales volume through strong networking relationships with other financial professionals using various multimedia channels.

• Promote loans against publicly traded securities worldwide 
• Develop an efficient marketing plan/strategy to position and distribute marketing campaigns 
• Networking with institutional and high-net worth clients
• Create and maintain a database of contacts
• Utilize social media tools for lead generation
• Cold call prospective clients
• Maintain and track an activity log of daily success

• BS/BA in business administration/ finance or related field.
• Proficiency in English Language 
• Financial sales and marketing experience
• Lending background 
• Stock industry knowledge
• Basic knowledge of financial products

• Communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey and understand terms and specifics of each deal
• Strong customer service skills to ensure a pleasant and smooth transaction for our high-net-worth clients.
• Time management and planning skills to yield productive results with competing priorities 
• Discipline and a strong work ethic to develop effective growth strategies.

• Excellent grammar skills and business acumen 

This is a highly paid commission only opportunity, where an agent can earn well into a mid-six-figure income depending on sales volume and deal size. Upper six figure yearly income is realistic for the highly driven.
